These terms govern your access to and use of gainfair.in and its credit-card comparison, calculator, content and external-link features. GainFair is independently operated under the GainFair name.
1. Acceptance
By using GainFair, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer and any disclosures shown with an affiliate link. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What GainFair provides
GainFair provides independent credit-card comparison and decision-support information based on user inputs and recorded product rules. It may link to banks, issuers or official product sources. GainFair is not a bank, card issuer, credit bureau or licensed financial advisory firm and does not itself accept or approve credit-card applications.
3. No financial advice or guarantee
Results are estimates for comparison, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. They are not an offer, approval decision or guarantee of eligibility, rewards, savings, credit limit or card issuance. You remain responsible for deciding whether a credit product is appropriate and for reviewing the issuer's current terms before applying.
4. Accuracy and changing card terms
GainFair aims to use issuer sources and dated verification records, but card fees, benefits, merchant-category treatment, caps, eligibility and links can change without notice. Calculations depend on the accuracy of the data you enter and on assumptions described in the methodology. Issuer documents and the final application terms control if there is a conflict.
5. Affiliate relationships
GainFair may earn compensation from monetised affiliate application links. These relationships are explained in the Affiliate Disclosure and, where applicable, identified near the application action. Their commercial value is not used as a ranking input.
6. External applications and services
External sites are operated by their respective banks, issuers or partners. Their terms, privacy practices, application process, KYC, underwriting, customer service and decisions are outside GainFair's control. A link does not make GainFair responsible for the external service.
7. Your responsibilities
Provide only information you are authorised to provide and do not submit PAN, Aadhaar, passwords, OTPs, CVV, full card numbers, bank credentials or unlawful content. Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass security, overload the APIs, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use automated access in a way that disrupts the service or violates published crawler instructions.
8. Intellectual property
GainFair's original software, design, calculations, selection framework, writing and branding are owned by or licensed to GainFair. Banks, card networks, issuers and partners retain their respective trademarks and product materials. You may use the service personally but may not copy, resell or commercially exploit substantial parts without permission.
9. Availability and changes
GainFair may change, suspend or discontinue features, correct information, update these terms or restrict abusive access. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, provider failure or circumstances outside GainFair's control. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GainFair is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or suitable for every user. Nothing in these terms limits a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GainFair and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service, reliance on an estimate, an issuer decision, an external site or a change in card terms. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct.
12. Governing law and severability
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Applicable courts in India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other non-waivable right. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
