GainFair · Your Credit Card Advisor

Credit-card decisions without the sales pressure

GainFair is your credit card advisor: an independent guide for Indian users that turns complex reward rules into a calculation based on how a person actually spends.

What we are trying to fix

Headline cashback rates can ignore annual fees, GST, monthly caps, excluded transactions and the fact that a card may duplicate benefits you already have. GainFair makes those trade-offs visible.

What independence means here

The recommendation calculation does not use affiliate commission or any other commercial value as a ranking input. Some application links are monetised affiliate links, and those commercial relationships are disclosed separately from rankings.

What GainFair is not

GainFair does not issue cards, guarantee approval, provide regulated financial advice or replace the issuer's current terms. It provides independent credit-card comparison and decision-support information.

How we maintain GainFair

GainFair is independently operated and maintains its card analyses, methodology and editorial standards under the GainFair name. The checks below are part of the product, not just publishing guidelines.

Issuer sources first

Material reward, fee, eligibility and benefit rules are checked against issuer product pages, fee schedules and official terms.

The published catalogue is current

The Card Advisor treats the published catalogue as its current source of truth. Editorial source checks run outside the recommendation flow and never strand you on a freshness screen.

Visible corrections

Material errors or outdated rules are corrected and re-verified. Readers can report a correction at support@gainfair.in.

Recommendation independence

Affiliate payouts and commercial value are kept outside the calculation. Spending fit, fees, GST, caps and exclusions determine the result.

GainFair is not a bank, card issuer or licensed financial advisory firm. Read the full editorial and data policy.
